1Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the tbc88 website accessible at tbc88.io and all associated mobile-optimised pages, services, tools, and features operated by tbc88.
• "Account" means the individual registered player account opened in your name on the tbc88 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in your Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), excluding any bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin value, cashback award, or reload bonus credited to your Account pursuant to a tbc88 promotion, which is subject to additional terms before it may be withdrawn as real money.

References to "including" or "includes" are not to be construed as limiting the generality of any preceding words. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

2Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any tbc88 service. tbc88 strictly enforces this requirement. If tbc88 reasonably suspects that a registered Account holder is under 21 years of age, the Account will be suspended immediately pending age verification, and all funds will be held until the matter is resolved. If the Account holder is confirmed to be under 21, all funds will be forfeited and the Account will be permanently closed.

2.2 Accurate Registration Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your Account. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your National Identity Card (NID) or passport, your date of birth, a valid email address, and a valid +880 mobile number capable of receiving SMS messages in Bangladesh. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

2.3 One Account Per Individual. Each individual person may hold one tbc88 Account only. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under your own identity, a family member's identity, or a fabricated identity — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate Accounts will be closed and all associated Balances will be forfeited. Accounts created to circumvent a previous closure, suspension, or self-exclusion order will also be terminated.

2.4 Jurisdictional Restrictions. tbc88 services are directed at the Bangladesh market. You are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the tbc88 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. tbc88 does not represent that its services are appropriate or available in any location other than Bangladesh.

2.5 Account Activation. tbc88 reserves the right to accept or decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for any refusal.

3Account Management

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tbc88 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. tbc88 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered +880 mobile number to protect your Account against unauthorised access.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. If you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to or use of your Account, you must notify tbc88 immediately by contacting [email protected]. tbc88 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure or where you have delayed notification.

3.3 Account Closure by the Player. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the tbc88 support team. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with standard rules, and any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to your nominated withdrawal method subject to completion of KYC verification.

3.4 Account Closure by tbc88. tbc88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where tbc88 reasonably suspects: fraudulent or prohibited activity; breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or provision of false registration information.

3.5 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as inactive. tbc88 may levy an inactivity maintenance fee of ৳200 per month on inactive Accounts after providing prior notice to the Account holder's registered email address. It is your responsibility to ensure your registered email address remains valid and accessible.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. tbc88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated in BDT. tbc88 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and Account verification status. Your verified Account dashboard displays the applicable limits for your specific Account at any given time.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your Account Balance within 60–90 seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take between 1–3 business days to clear and be reflected in your Balance, depending on the originating bank's processing timeline.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted before 18:00 BST on a Bangladesh working day are typically processed within 2–4 business hours. Requests submitted after 18:00 BST, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next applicable working day. Processing times may be extended where KYC verification is incomplete or where the withdrawal requires additional compliance review.

4.5 Withdrawal to Source. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. tbc88 reserves the right to require additional verification where the withdrawal method differs from the deposit method, in order to prevent fraud and money laundering.

4.6 Own Funds Requirement. You may only deposit funds that belong to you personally. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from third parties into your Account, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. tbc88 will refuse and return any deposit that appears to originate from a third-party source.

4.7 Transaction Fees. tbc88 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, or your bank) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside tbc88's control. It is your responsibility to check your payment provider's current fee schedule before initiating transactions.

5Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Eligibility for Promotions. Promotional offers made available by tbc88 are subject to individual promotion terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page. General eligibility conditions include: holding a fully registered Account; having completed any applicable KYC verification; and not being subject to any Account restriction or suspension at the time the promotion is claimed.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game types, minimum bet size per round, minimum odds for sportsbook bets counting toward the requirement, and bonus expiry period are set out in the specific promotion terms. Bonus Funds that have not satisfied their wagering requirement before the expiry date will be removed from your Account automatically.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. tbc88 monitors bonus claims and wagering patterns for evidence of abuse. Prohibited bonus activity includes: opening duplicate Accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times; using low-risk hedging strategies specifically designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; and participating in coordinated wagering patterns with other Account holders. tbc88 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, cancel associated winnings, and close Accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. tbc88 reserves the right to modify the terms of any promotion, or to discontinue a promotion entirely, at any time. Where a promotion is discontinued after a player has already met the qualifying deposit condition, tbc88 will honour any Bonus Funds already credited to the player's Account subject to the original wagering terms.

5.5 VIP Programme. tbc88 operates a five-tier VIP Programme (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Royal Onyx). Tier membership is awarded and maintained at tbc88's sole discretion based on qualifying wagering volumes over rolling assessment periods. tbc88 reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, tier benefits, and individual tier membership at any time. VIP benefits do not constitute a contractual entitlement and may be amended without prior notice.

6Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Sportsbook Bets. All sportsbook bets placed on the tbc88 Platform are subject to the tbc88 Sportsbook Rules, which are available in full within the Sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and Conditions and the Sportsbook Rules, the Sportsbook Rules prevail with respect to bet settlement matters.

6.2 Casino Games. All casino games — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, virtual sports, and table games — operate using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical dealing equipment operated by trained professional dealers. All RNG software used on the tbc88 Platform is provided by certified Game Providers and is independently tested for fairness. tbc88 does not alter published Return to Player (RTP) percentages.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. Limits vary by game, market, and Account tier. Maximum payout limits per single bet or game round are also applied. These limits are displayed within each game interface or betting market before a bet is confirmed.

6.4 Technical Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction — including software errors, communication failures, or disconnection events — tbc88 reserves the right to void any bet or game round that was affected. Winnings generated as a direct result of a software error or game malfunction are not valid and will not be paid. tbc88 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players and refund stakes where a malfunction has caused a bet to be settled incorrectly.

6.5 Finality of Results. Bet and game results displayed on the tbc88 Platform are final once settlement is confirmed, except where an error in settlement is subsequently identified. Disputes regarding settled outcomes must be raised with tbc88 customer support within 14 days of the settlement date. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tbc88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any algorithmic tool to place bets or interact with the Platform without human input.
• Exploiting identified software errors, game bugs, or pricing errors to generate profit. Any winnings generated through exploitation of an error are not valid and will not be paid.
• Participating in, facilitating, or having prior knowledge of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any corrupt practice in any sporting event offered on the tbc88 Sportsbook.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or tbc88 staff to gain an unfair advantage on any game or betting market.
• Using the tbc88 Platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Registering multiple Accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple first-deposit bonuses or exploiting any promotion designed for new players.
• Impersonating another person, providing false identity documents, or otherwise misrepresenting your identity to tbc88 at any stage of account operation.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or extract data from any part of the tbc88 Platform without written authorisation.

8Identity Verification (KYC)

8.1 Verification Triggers. tbc88 may request identity verification documents at any point during your Account's operation, including but not limited to: before processing any withdrawal request; where cumulative deposits exceed specified thresholds; where unusual account activity is detected; or on a random compliance review basis.

8.2 Acceptable Documents. tbc88 accepts the following documents for identity verification: Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID); valid passport; government-issued birth certificate (for age verification); and a recent utility bill, bank statement, or mobile money statement (dated within 90 days) for address verification.

8.3 Submission and Review. Documents must be submitted via the tbc88 Account verification portal or by email to [email protected]. tbc88 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 2 business days of receiving complete documentation. Complex cases may require additional time. tbc88 will communicate the outcome and any further requirements to your registered email address.

8.4 Consequences of Non-Compliance. Where you fail to provide requested KYC documentation within 14 days of a formal request, tbc88 reserves the right to restrict Account functionality, including suspending withdrawal capability. Where documentation is not provided within 30 days, tbc88 may permanently close the Account and retain funds in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

9Responsible Gaming

9.1 Commitment. tbc88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimising the potential for gambling-related harm among its player community in Bangladesh. tbc88 provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from within your Account settings at all times.

9.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming controls are available to all registered tbc88 Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly BDT deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before becoming active.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration. You will receive an on-screen notification when your session limit is approaching, and your session will be ended automatically when the limit is reached.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss amount over a defined period. Once the limit is reached, further betting will be suspended until the limit period resets.
• Time-Out: Take a break of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a time-out, your Account will be inaccessible for login and all promotional communications will be suspended.

10Intellectual Property

10.1 tbc88 Ownership. All content on the tbc88 Platform — including the tbc88 brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software code, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of tbc88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 Limited Licence. tbc88 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of personal, recreational online betting and gaming. This licence does not extend to any commercial use of Platform content.

10.3 Restrictions. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any tbc88 Platform content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of tbc88 intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to legal action.

11Limitation of Liability

11.1 Service Availability. tbc88 makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the Platform is available on a continuous basis. However, tbc88 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for losses caused by Platform downtime, scheduled maintenance, or third-party infrastructure failures outside tbc88's reasonable control.

11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tbc88 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or reputational harm.

11.3 Cap on Liability. Where tbc88 is found to be liable for direct losses notwithstanding these Terms, tbc88's maximum aggregate liability to you in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total BDT deposits made to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the relevant incident.

11.4 Gambling Losses. tbc88 accepts no liability for losses incurred through normal gambling activity. Gambling inherently involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose all funds deposited and that tbc88 is not responsible for gambling losses resulting from your own betting decisions.

12Privacy and Data Protection

tbc88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the tbc88 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. tbc88 does not sell or transfer personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. 13Amendments to These Terms

13.1 Right to Amend. tbc88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Account holders via the email address on file at least 14 days before the amended Terms take effect, except where changes are required urgently to address security risks, legal compliance obligations, or Game Provider requirements, in which case amendments may take effect with shorter notice.

13.2 Continued Use as Acceptance. Your continued use of the tbc88 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the change.

13.3 Version History. The current version of these Terms supersedes all prior versions. The effective date of the current version is displayed in the hero section of this page.

14Governing Law and Disputes

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the tbc88 operating entity.
